Ever since I can remember I've been creating art. As a child I would spend hours in my room drawing,
painting and coloring. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do when I grew up,
I just knew it had to involve artistic expression!

Here I am thirty plus years still designing!
In addition to doing graphic design, I am also a Certified Life Coach. Nearly seventeen years ago
I went though a divorce. This was a very difficult and painful time in my life. My break-up launched me on a journey of self-discovery and growth. I learned how capable and strong I am as well as how much
I love being of service to others. Becoming a coach has been deeply rewarding. I love holding space
for my clients as they discover any blocks keeping them from living a more fulfilling life.
An important part of being an effective Life Coach is to ask key questions. I decided to ask myself...
What would bring even more joy to my life? The answer was obvious. It was time to get back to the thing that I loved when I was a child – explore my artistic expression! I was drawn to a process called "Intentional Creativity" founded by Shiloh McCloud. This painting process helped me go deep within myself to find my own wisdom, identity as an artist and the freedom to express myself.
I combine my creative background and coaching experience to lead groups
and creative workshops with women.
I live in Ventura with my wonderful husband of eleven years.
Together we've helped raise six awesome children, two dogs and a cat!
